Act as the referral and admissions liaison between rehab services and referral sources. Build relationships, drive referrals and census growth, perform in-person outreach, present to partners, analyze market data, and remove admission barriers to support patient access.

Perform materials, distribution, and logistics tasks: determine replenishment needs, locate/select/document and distribute medical supplies, record receipts, manage inventory, supervise lower-level staff, and prepare inventory reports to support clinical units.

Lead compensation strategy and program administration for a 30,000-person health system. Partner with HRBPs and managers on job analysis, market pricing, base and variable pay, pay-for-performance, and compensation product delivery. Provide analytical support, project management, and innovative solutions to attract, retain, and motivate care team members.

Provide legal counsel to MUHA hospitals and affiliates: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; interpret federal and state healthcare laws and regulations; advise on clinical, patient-care, and regulatory matters; manage subpoenas, depositions, and legal proceedings; collaborate with executive leadership and Director of Managed Care; ensure compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA, Medicare/Medicaid, and state regulations.

Provide senior-level data engineering for analytics: resolve complex technical issues, build decision-support reports and dashboards, lead projects, prepare and integrate data, coach staff, and ensure high-quality analytics to support academic, research, and healthcare goals.

Lead discovery, prioritize AI opportunities, and manage lifecycle of AI solutions from incubation to enterprise production. Supervise a small team of Jr. data scientists/ML engineers, ensure production readiness, governance, ROI measurement, and stakeholder adoption across clinical and operational areas.
