Provides remote customer support by resolving escalated complaints, handling inbound correspondence, coordinating warranty and repair solutions, scheduling service appointments, processing invoices and work orders, preparing reports, and collaborating with stores and operations teams. Requires accurate documentation, strong communication, multitasking, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.

Provides first-tier hardware and software support to corporate and store users. Process and enter sales/orders into Storis, verify accuracy, handle high-volume inbound calls and counter inquiries, process payments and financing paperwork, maintain files and documentation, provide clerical support, resolve customer questions and complaints, and meet service and accuracy standards.

Provide administrative and customer service support for online sales: audit Shopify orders against Storis, process payments and refunds, reconcile accounts, schedule deliveries, investigate fraud, handle high-volume inbound calls/chats, and fulfill orders to initiate third-party funding.

Enter and verify sales and order information in Storis; handle high-volume inbound calls and counter inquiries; process payments, credit applications, and financing paperwork; maintain accurate files and documentation; provide clerical support and customer service; resolve customer questions and discrepancies; perform other assigned office duties.
