Lead paid search strategy and execution across multiple DTC brands, managing significant ad spend to improve ROAS and profitability. Build testing roadmaps, perform incrementality and lift analysis, develop forecasting models, strengthen attribution and reporting with Analytics, and reduce reliance on external agencies through scalable optimizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Own and optimize email and SMS channels for multiple DTC furniture brands: plan and execute campaigns, manage automated lifecycle flows, segment audiences, run A/B tests, monitor performance and deliverability, collaborate with creative and merchandising to drive retention and revenue.
