Leads enterprise pricing and revenue management across VASA Fitness clubs, membership products, premium offerings, and ancillary services. Develops pricing architecture, financial models, forecasts, dashboards, experiments, promotions, and market strategies. Analyzes elasticity, customer behavior, retention, lifetime value, profitability, and competitive positioning. Partners with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Real Estate, presenting recommendations to executive leadership and establishing governance for pricing decisions.

Leads VASA Fitness’s enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy across 80+ clubs and Support Center roles. Oversees the recruiting team, high-volume hourly hiring, workforce planning, employer branding, ATS and recruiting technology, AI automation, vendor relationships, budget, compliance, and hiring metrics. Partners with executives and field leaders to support growth, new club openings, succession planning, and scalable candidate pipelines across multiple states.

Serves as the first point of contact for employee and leadership HR inquiries involving payroll, benefits, employee relations, HRIS, and recruiting support. Reviews HRIS tasks, supports background checks and E-Verify, maintains employee records, processes employment verifications, manages HR inbox requests, and provides administrative and specialized support to the HR Solutions Team.

Owns VASA Fitness’s HRIS strategy and Dayforce transition from ADP. Leads HCM configuration, implementation, integrations, security, compliance, data integrity, reporting, upgrades, issue escalation, and continuous optimization across core HR, payroll, time and attendance, and benefits. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Operations, and implementation consultants while training end users and supporting rollout and go-live.

Create and manage social-first content across major platforms, including in-club photo and video capture, copywriting, editing, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, UGC management, production coordination, asset organization, and analytics. Monitor trends, maintain brand standards, coordinate shoots and approvals, and collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams. Support influencer initiatives, club openings, and other marketing projects.

Designs and executes qualitative and quantitative consumer research, manages VoC and member community programs, ensures data quality, synthesizes insights for cross-functional teams, coordinates vendors, and develops AI-assisted research workflows to inform marketing and product decisions.

Manage daily cash positioning, short-term cash forecasts, bank relationships, and treasury controls. Reconcile revenue, payments, processor settlements, and GL balances. Investigate discrepancies, support liquidity planning, audits, month/year-end close, and continuous process improvements across treasury and revenue operations.
