Welcome and qualify prospective home buyers, conduct tours of model and inventory homes, answer questions, prepare initial purchase/build agreements, maintain sales office and model appearance, schedule and follow up on prospects, and support compliance with quality and fair housing policies.

Serve as the office front desk: answer calls, greet visitors, manage mail and correspondence, maintain office supplies and equipment, prepare homeowner letters and utility transfers, manage archived files, and support cross-training and general administrative needs.

Lead and supervise the accounting team, oversee all accounting operations, prepare timely financial statements and forecasts, coordinate audits and compliance, implement process improvements, and provide strategic financial analysis and support to executive leadership.
