What You Will Do
- Be the Face of Our Office: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors professionally and warmly, and ensure seamless communication between employees and customers.
- Stay Organized: Manage mail, prepare outgoing correspondence, and keep our office spaces and supplies in order.
Support Our Team: Help maintain office equipment, prepare letters for homeowners, and facilitate utility transfers for new homeowners.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Order and manage supplies and printed materials inventory, maintain archived files, and support cross-training initiatives.
