Partner with game designers on the Old Players team to analyze engagement, retention, progression, and monetization of late-game features. Design product metrics and events, run experiments and quasi-experiments, build dashboards and data marts, conduct product research, perform ad-hoc analyses, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders to inform live-ops and seasonal feature decisions.

Own and improve the client framework across platforms: engine layer, UI, asset pipeline, build/CI, tooling, startup performance, observability, and developer workflows. Drive API and system design, improve testability, reduce runtime risks, and enable artist-friendly tooling while collaborating on a possible greenfield client.

Lead and build a Player Care engineering function: define technical roadmap, eliminate single points of failure, design high-throughput event-driven systems (chat moderation, inference pipelines), automate triage and fraud detection, ensure compliance, hire and manage a backend and automation team, and drive operational and cost-effective engineering decisions.

Design, launch, and run an end-to-end creator/partnership program; scout, onboard, and manage English-speaking creators; run quarterly performance reviews and referral tracking; engage daily with YouTube comments to surface insights and UGC; protect brand from fake growth and toxic content; coordinate briefs, perks, and cross-promo; deliver audience insights to content and product teams to inform channel strategy.

Design end-to-end UI/UX for gameplay features: create user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, interaction patterns, and interface art. Conduct basic UX research, validate via prototypes, define animations/effects, prepare assets for developers, and oversee layout implementation.
