About the positionWe are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Specialist to support our growing international team in Cyprus. In this role, you will work across a broad range of HR functions — from administrative tasks to people processes — helping us build a supportive, compliant and engaging environment for our team members.
Your Responsibilities:Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee records.
Maintain and update internal HR databases and systems.
Organize and support employee lifecycle processes (promotions, documentation).
Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws and HR regulations.
Coordinate benefits and absence tracking.
Assist with employee surveys and feedback collection.
Support internal communication and HR policies rollout.
Contribute to HR initiatives: engagement activities, process improvements and automatizations.
Collaborate with legal and finance departments on HR-related data and support other administration team members to facilitate the daily processes.
2+ years of HR experience (preferably in Cyprus or with international teams).
Strong understanding of Cypriot employment law and HR best practices.
Experience in administrative HR operations and document handling.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience working with Google Workspace, HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob), and task management tools.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and discretion.
Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
