Provide HR administrative support including maintaining personnel records in the HRIS, new-hire processing, preparing personnel transaction reports, managing uniform inventory and purchase orders, processing termination paperwork, and serving as a point of contact for associates, applicants, vendors, and visitors.

Support the Director of Sales by driving group, event, and corporate bookings; mentor and manage sales staff; build client relationships; oversee conventions, weddings, and special events; coordinate with operations and catering for seamless execution; maintain CRM records, analyze sales data, and assist with budgeting and forecasting to meet revenue goals.

Manage guest inquiries and resort communications, oversee office operations (mail, shipping, invoices, records, supplies), support cross-department communication, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with special projects and events.

Sell and develop group accounts (SMERF and government) for a new Virginia resort. Prospect via eVA, prepare proposals, negotiate, conduct site tours, manage accounts in Delphi/CRM, partner with internal teams, and represent the resort at trade shows and community events to meet revenue goals.
