Human Resources Generalist
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all personnel records on the HRIS system and New Hire processing.
As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
$22/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and respond to all department visitors, applicants, associates, and vendors to assist with inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Prepare, recommend and maintain records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.
- Uniform management to include physical inventory, purchase orders, and database management.
- Prepare termination paperwork on departing associates.
- Keep informed on Kalahari products and services in order to share information with Associates and to answer their questions effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior HR administration or hotel experience helpful but not required
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills and confidentiality are a must.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
