Provide HR administrative support including maintaining personnel records in the HRIS, new-hire processing, preparing personnel transaction reports, managing uniform inventory and purchase orders, processing termination paperwork, and serving as a point of contact for associates, applicants, vendors, and visitors.

Support procurement operations, inventory management, and vendor onboarding. Administer BirchStreet and IMS, maintain item master data, manage purchase orders, assist with counts/audits, reconcile invoices, and coordinate purchasing with departments to prevent shortages and overstock.
