Human Resources Fall Intern 2026


Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Human Resources Intern. This track offers on-the-job training, mentoring relationships with regular coaching, and an opportunity to connect and build life-long relationships with Human Resource professionals and peers. As an HR Intern you will provide invaluable support to our HR department.


Human Resources carries the voice of the associates, acts as business partner to achieve company goals, and continuously promotes diversity and inclusion in our company's culture. This experience offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and will help you gain exposure to different facets of HR management. The hours will be between 32-40 hours a week. Exact dates of internship can be adjusted.


This is an hourly wage role.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Variety of administrative tasks such as file management & uniform management
  • Assist with audit projects
  • Administration of New Hire Processing; i.e. entering all new hire paperwork, re-entering all information after New Hire orientation, and file management
  • Assist with our international student program
  • Prepare, recommend and maintain records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data

What We’re Looking For 

  • Either currently in college with a focus on Human Resources/Hospitality Management, or if not in school has had prior HR administration or hotel experience
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others
  • Good verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail & confidentiality are a must
  • English as first spoken language however, bi-lingual is helpful
