Lead and modernise the BI and analytics function: assess current data landscape, define roadmap, improve data modelling, ETL/ELT and reporting performance, guide architecture decisions, support advanced analytics readiness, and mentor the BI team while partnering with leadership.

Lead end-to-end product performance for a global, revenue-generating consumer product. Define strategy, design experiments, identify root causes, ship scalable solutions with engineering/data/design, and iterate based on metrics to improve acquisition, onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention.
