Summary Generated by Built In

At Fayara, we’re building and scaling high-performance digital infrastructure that powers growth across AdTech and MarTech ecosystems. We’re looking for people who are curious, driven, and eager to take ownership in solving complex, high-impact problems.

Location: Limassol

Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week work from office

Salary: EUR 40,000 - 48,000 gross/year Depending on Experience.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of recruitment across our Group and help us find the people who will support the next stage of our growth.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll own recruitment end-to-end, working directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand what they really need, shape roles and hiring strategies, proactively find the right people, and manage the process all the way through to offer and hire.

We’re an international, fast-growing organisation, with multiple offices across Europe as well as colleagues working remotely. Our teams, businesses and hiring needs are spread across different locations, so you’ll need to be comfortable building relationships and getting things done in a distributed, international environment. However, the majority of roles are based in Limassol.

And we’re very much a scale-up.

Things move quickly. Priorities change. Teams evolve. New hiring needs appear. Processes that worked six months ago may need to change as we grow.

If you enjoy that kind of environment, you’ll probably enjoy this role.

We’re not looking for someone who needs everything to be perfectly structured before they can get started. We’re looking for someone proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and occasionally challenging a hiring manager when needed.

What we're looking for

You’ll ideally have 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within an in-house environment and with exposure to technology-focused businesses.

More importantly, you should be someone who is comfortable owning recruitment rather than simply managing a process.

The majority of our roles are for our Limassol office, which means existing experience in recruiting in the Cypriot market is absolutely necessary.

You’ll probably be a strong fit if you:

  • Have experience managing recruitment end-to-end, from initial briefing through sourcing, interviewing, offers and closing.

  • Are confident with proactive sourcing/headhunting and don't rely primarily on applications coming to you.

  • Have worked in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up environment, where priorities and structures can change quickly.

  • Have experience working across an international and/or distributed organisation, collaborating with stakeholders and candidates across different countries and locations.

  • Can build credibility with hiring managers while also being comfortable questioning a brief, challenging assumptions and pushing back when necessary.

  • Are proactive, resilient and able to work independently without waiting for someone to tell you what to do next.

  • Are warm and personable with candidates while remaining decisive and commercially minded.

  • Are confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS/recruitment tools.

  • Are interested in improving how recruitment works, including exploring automation, technology and better ways of working.

The environment

This role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the business.

You won't be joining a large Talent Acquisition department with layers of recruiters, coordinators and established processes around you. You'll have real ownership and the opportunity to influence how we recruit as we continue to scale.

That also means being comfortable with change and a certain amount of ambiguity. We're growing, our organisation continues to evolve, and what is most important today may not necessarily be the biggest priority three months from now.

For the right person, that's part of what makes the opportunity interesting: you'll have the freedom and responsibility to build strong relationships across the Group, improve the way we hire and make a visible impact on the company's growth.

Interview Process:

  1. Video Call or F2F Meeting with our Head of Recruitment

  2. F2F Interview with the Head of HR

  3. F2F Interview with the CEO

We value thoughtful applications and review each one carefully. Every application is reviewed by a member of our team. If your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch regarding next steps.

Skills Required

  • 3–5+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting in the Cypriot market
  • Experience managing recruitment end-to-end, from initial briefing through sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing
  • Experience with proactive sourcing and headhunting
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
  • Experience working in an international and/or distributed organization
  • Confidence building credibility with hiring managers and challenging assumptions when necessary
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and comfortably amid ambiguity and change
  • Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS/recruitment tools
  • Experience in an in-house recruitment environment
  • Exposure to technology-focused businesses
  • Interest in recruitment automation, technology, and process improvement
