Serve as a bridge between product strategy and operations to scale digital products. Design and optimize workflows, maintain SOPs and support tooling (e.g., Zendesk), gather customer feedback, lead change management, enable field adoption, and monitor analytics to drive continuous improvement. Frequent field engagement and up to 50% travel required.

Supervise warehouse logistics including receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, internal deliveries, and outbound shipments. Lead manpower planning, enforce safe handling/crane operations, ensure quality inspections, train associates on standard work, drive Kaizen improvements, and support workload including overtime and weekend shifts.
