Manage end-to-end production of photography, film/B-roll and photorealistic CGI for brand advertising and product launches. Define creative vision, brief agencies, oversee pre-production, on-set and post-production, manage DAM and usage rights, track budgets and invoices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver assets on time and on brand.

Perform general accounting tasks across AR/AP, cost accounting, financial and global reporting, inventory control, and payroll. Lead Cost Accounting and Bill of Materials teams supporting multiple entities. Oversee item/BOM maintenance, standard costs, inventory accounting, COGS, reconciliations, audits, inventory counts, master data, and system project participation. Establish metrics, update policies, partner cross-functionally, and support product launch and process projects.

Provide exceptional customer service and sell Tempur-Pedic products; perform retail sales associate duties; assist and act in management in manager absence; support merchandising, implement company programs, train and lead sales team, solve store issues, and perform other assigned duties.

Produce repeatable, decision-ready sales and market reports from POS and third-party data. Surface market, retailer, and competitive signals, generate Guidebook-ready insights, support dashboards, QA and data governance, and enable AI-assisted insight initiatives to drive customer and divisional actions.

Provide sales finance insights by analyzing customer profitability, pricing, promotions, and dealer incentives; prepare monthly/quarterly reports; support budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and ad hoc requests; partner cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy and profitability.

Support Sourcing, R&D, and Planning by analyzing monthly results and KPIs, preparing bottoms-up forecasts and annual budgets, identifying trends and variances, creating ad hoc reports, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving forecast accuracy, cost savings, and process improvements.

Perform month-end close tasks, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage inventory costing, support standard cost calculations and cost audits, collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes, ensure GAAP and SOX/SEC compliance, and support ad-hoc projects.

Perform financial planning and analysis, prepare management accounting reports, support budgeting and forecasting, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making and financial controls across the organization.
