Analyzes business needs, application capabilities, and technical issues; coordinates requirements between business owners, developers, and vendors; creates specifications and test plans; supports user testing, system conversions, application integrations, database access, and technology projects. Ensures compliance with FEMA guidelines, state and federal regulations, and bank policies; force-places insurance through vendors; prepares UCC3 continuation forms; maintains compliance ticklers; reviews loan documentation; and assists customers with collateral and insurance inquiries.

Manages business and consumer banking relationships by identifying financial needs, recommending products, originating credit requests, and growing loan portfolios. Develops new business through sales calls and community involvement, provides customer guidance, and creates cross-selling opportunities. Maintains portfolio quality through credit analysis, risk mitigation, renewals, collateral review, collections, and compliance with banking policies and regulations. Provides guidance to less experienced relationship managers.

Develops and manages relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families by delivering tailored wealth strategies. Responsibilities include client acquisition, retention, portfolio growth, relationship reviews, sales pipeline management, and coordinating financial, fiduciary, credit, and investment solutions with internal partners. The advisor identifies opportunities to deepen relationships, promotes bank capabilities, and ensures client objectives remain on track.

Develop enterprise business intelligence solutions by integrating multiple data sources, building data models, writing SQL queries, creating dashboards and reports, testing hypotheses, forecasting performance, and delivering actionable insights. The role involves requirements gathering, data governance, stakeholder engagement, executive presentations, cross-functional project leadership, and improving business processes, revenue generation, risk management, and customer experience.
