Provide virtual administrative support for an Australian electrical contracting business: manage job scheduling in Simpro, coordinate technician appointments, maintain Outlook calendars, manage a shared inbox, update customer and job records, assist with Xero administration and invoicing, handle customer communications, organise digital files, track outstanding tasks, and recommend process improvements.
