Lead development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance for offshore mechanical equipment. Drive reliability engineering (RCA, RCM, FMECA), condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, lube oil), CMMS integration, failure analysis, vendor repair oversight, technical specification and tender review, contractor supervision, and continuous improvement to optimize asset performance and ensure safe offshore operations.

Lead and manage HR systems (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors) operations and transformation projects, deliver integrations, partner with business and IT, mentor teams, and ensure scalable, efficient HR technology solutions.

Lead mechanical design for pressure vessels, columns, shell & tube heat exchangers, and air fin coolers. Lead GIS technical activities with material engineering, design/IFC approvals, and commercial delivery. Ensure compliance with international codes, manage submittals, and oversee fabrication/installation of electronics and control products across oil & gas, petrochemical, rail, and port projects.

Assist the marketing team with social media management, content creation, marketing strategy development, lead generation, campaign brainstorming, and performance monitoring to optimize engagement and results.

Lead onshore mechanical reliability programs for oil & gas assets: develop asset management and maintenance plans, implement predictive/ preventive maintenance and condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis), perform RCA/RCM/FMECA, integrate data into CMMS, supervise vendor repairs, improve MTTR and spare parts availability, and drive reliability improvement projects and reporting.

Lead SAP Finance (FICO) strategy and full-cycle implementations, configure Indian GST/taxation, integrate finance with other SAP modules, mentor teams, enforce ITIL-aligned governance, and support mergers/migrations for the power/utilities sector.

Manage, control, and maintain maintenance and project documentation. Register, distribute, archive, and ensure latest revisions in DMS/EDMS and hard-copy systems. Coordinate with teams, track revisions/approvals, support audits, and prepare document reports to support maintenance operations and compliance.
