Were Hiring – Group Head / Head SAP- HCM | Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Group Head – HR Systems with 20–25 years of domain experience to lead operations and projects across SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with deep knowledge of SAP HCM, India Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent, RCM, etc.), preferably with additional expertise in SAP HR, Portfolio Management, and exposure to diverse HR technologies, including AI and Analytics.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech with SAP HR & SuccessFactors certifications
Expertise in ABAP, roles & authorizations, NetWeaver, FIORI portals, and integrations (CPI, PI/PO, ODATA)
Proven ability to lead projects, deliver solutions independently, and manage HR systems end-to-end
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to manage internal teams and external partners
Role Overview:
Manage daily operations of HR systems (SAP HCM + SuccessFactors)
Lead and deliver integration and transformation projects
Partner with business and IT teams to suggest and implement solutions
Guide and mentor teams while ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Skills Required
- 20-25 years domain experience in HR systems
- B.E / B.Tech
- SAP HR and SuccessFactors certifications
- Deep knowledge of SAP HCM and India Payroll
- Experience with SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent, RCM)
