Coordinate and manage marketing projects and campaigns from intake through completion. Maintain schedules, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communication. Support campaign execution, vendor coordination, compliance routing, and departmental administrative tasks to keep marketing initiatives organized and on schedule.

Originates and expands the commercial real estate loan portfolio by developing client relationships and new business, performing credit analysis and underwriting, structuring loans, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing portfolio performance, preparing documentation and reports, and collaborating with risk, compliance, and operations teams.

Provide first-line support for bank e-banking and treasury services (ACH, wires, Positive Pay, RDC, Bill Pay). Perform account setup and maintenance, accurate data entry using Jack Henry and Excel, monitor fraud alerts, troubleshoot common issues, escalate complex problems, and maintain regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
