Serve as the institution's Designated Officer and Title IX Coordinator overseeing civil rights compliance, intake, investigations, resolution, training, and prevention programs. Lead investigators and the Bias Incident Response Team, maintain confidential records and reporting, advise leadership on equity and policy, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws (Title IX, Title VII, ADA, Clery, etc.).

Tenure-track Assistant Professor to teach and advise undergraduate Software Engineering students, facilitate a residential "Academy," support work-based co-op placements, develop curriculum, engage industry partners, pursue research and external funding, mentor faculty, and participate in ABET accreditation and program growth. Teach face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses and use project-based pedagogies to support student recruitment, retention, and success.

Provide senior administrative support to the AVP of Recruitment and Retention including scheduling, travel arrangements, communications, report preparation, purchase orders, invoicing, and front-desk/event coverage. Support Athletics with hiring, payments, rosters, and Workday assistance. Assist campus operations and clerical duties. Also contributes to web-based application support and maintenance involving Drupal, Ubuntu, Docker, and Microsoft technologies, performing testing, troubleshooting, deployments, and user support.
