Lead end-to-end mechanical product design for complex machine-tool systems: conceive concepts, design parts and assemblies, specify materials and heat-treats, create manufacturing/assembly procedures and tooling, develop and run test methods, support production launches and service, and provide technical leadership and documentation.

Plans and directs quality system activities including reviewing engineering change orders, auditing, resolving manufacturing and assembly issues, specifying and procuring inspection equipment, designing inspection fixtures, creating detailed drawings and inspection controls, performing random audits, initiating corrective actions, and reporting findings to maintain product quality.

Design, build, and implement manufacturing tooling and equipment; troubleshoot assemblies; create work instructions; support safety, productivity and quality improvements; implement new parts/products; create facility layouts and spec equipment; communicate with production staff to resolve issues.

Support manufacturing of electrical assemblies by documenting processes, troubleshooting issues, designing and implementing tooling, creating work instructions, improving safety/productivity/quality, deploying new parts to production, and specifying facility layouts and equipment. Work closely with production personnel to solve problems and implement solutions.

Prepare and analyze manufacturing cost reports, maintain cost procedures, manage GL accounts (WIP, PPV, standard cost changes), perform SAP cost attachment and audits, support standard cost updates and inventory/cycle count analysis, and train colleagues on SAP cost logic.

Develop, test, and document cutting tools and workholding; create 2D/3D CAD models and prototypes; provide technical support and training; produce usage guides, feed/speed calculators, and e-commerce specifications; perform QA testing, VBA/Excel and Python scripting, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and manufacturing.

Provide desktop and server support: answer tickets/calls, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking in person and remotely, install/configure systems, build/deploy PC images and scripts, create documentation/KB articles, coordinate with network/system/security teams, and manage IT onboarding/offboarding.

Design parts and assemblies from others' concepts through production. Create detail drawings, BOMs, and engineering change orders. Use CAD, CNC, and department software to prototype, test, resolve manufacturing and quality issues, source vendors, and communicate product information across departments.

Support production by documenting processes, troubleshooting assemblies, designing and implementing tooling, creating work instructions, deploying new parts to production, improving safety/productivity/quality, and specifying facility layouts and equipment.

Manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, leave and workers' compensation management, employee relations and investigations, policy compliance, training and organizational development, HRIS reporting, performance management, OSHA coordination, and HR communications. Serve as HR point of contact and support department initiatives and process improvements.
