Serve as front-desk point of contact handling visitor management, phone screening, mail and deliveries, conference room setup and bookings, office supplies, and general administrative support including printing, scanning, and preparing PowerPoint materials.

Support product development and launches by coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring market and customer feedback, producing performance and forecast reports, managing OE sample procurement, maintaining product databases, and assisting sourcing, quoting, and cost analysis to drive data-informed product decisions.

Perform general ledger reconciliations, month-end journal entries, AR/revenue accounting and variance analysis. Support AP, benefits, intercompany accounting and ERP-related tasks. Fill customer orders using pick lists, pick/pack and stage products for shipment, operate material-handling equipment, meet daily productivity and quality standards, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Manage design, administration, and improvement of compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. Own payroll system and processing, ensure compliance, lead compensation planning and benchmarking, oversee benefits enrollment and leave administration, train HR generalists, partner with Finance, maintain policies and controls, and drive continuous improvement in total rewards programs.
