Lead and grow the Transactional Due Diligence practice by managing EHS-focused M&A due diligence engagements, mentoring staff, developing client relationships, scoping and budgeting projects, delivering concise technical findings and recommendations, and ensuring projects meet timelines and budget goals.

Lead ecological project delivery including field surveys, data analysis, environmental impact assessment, report writing, proposal preparation, client engagement, mentoring junior ecologists, and managing budgets and project logistics, including remote travel.

Provide technical leadership for tailings and mine waste projects across Africa: lead teams, mentor staff, manage client relationships, oversee feasibility/design/reviews, conduct dam safety evaluations, audits, stability and water balance analyses, and drive business growth and strategy.
