Processes accounts payable for assigned property developments, including invoice coding, purchase order and packing slip matching, record maintenance, weekly check runs, folder updates, monthly close deadlines, and replacement reserve requests. The role requires accurate numerical work, organization, accounting experience, 10-key proficiency, and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting systems.

Manage day-to-day operations, financial performance, and staff across multiple residential developments. Serve as liaison to owners/investors, ensure compliance, control budgets, supervise hiring/training, oversee maintenance and vendor contracts, and produce timely reports. Conduct regular site visits, resolve resident issues, and support lease-ups.

Performs occupancy and accounts receivable tasks for assigned properties: maintain records, post rents, process move-ins/outs, prepare month-end and periodic occupancy/receivable reports, reconcile bank deposits, and deliver deposits to AP. Ensures accuracy and meets reporting deadlines.

Oversee and execute regulatory compliance audits across assigned properties, ensuring resident files meet HUD, Tax Credit, Fair Housing and other program requirements. Train and support property staff, review move-ins/recertifications, prepare audit responses and reports, manage remediation plans, and coordinate lease-ups, acquisitions and contract renewals.

Perform general ledger duties for assigned developments including month-end reporting, bank reconciliations, rental deposit entry, maintaining security deposit accounts, assisting auditors and budget preparation, and preparing replacement reserve requests while following company policies.

Oversee and implement regulatory compliance across assigned affordable housing properties. Conduct file audits, train and support property staff, prepare responses for HUD/investor audits, monitor certifications and recertifications, track remediation plans, and maintain compliance reporting.
