Provides administrative support to investment banking professionals in the Munich office. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, phone and email management, travel arrangements, CRM database maintenance, meeting-material preparation, office-management support, data entry, client communication, and handling confidential information. The role also provides backup coverage for other administrative assistants and requires strong organization, judgment, communication, attention to detail, and fluency in German and English.

Supports PJT Camberview’s shareholder advisory and governance engagements by preparing investor presentations, scripts, press releases, pitch materials, and research. Advises on governance practices, disclosures, executive compensation, leadership succession, shareholder votes, investor priorities, and proxy advisor support. The Analyst also researches institutional investors and market developments, develops analytical frameworks, and assists with business development initiatives.

Provide legal leadership for procurement and vendor risk: manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for vendor and commercial agreements (including technology, SaaS, and AI-related contracts), draft templates and playbooks, support third-party risk reviews and regulatory/information-security contractual protections, and partner with Compliance, IT, Finance, HR, and business teams to translate legal requirements and resolve contract issues.

Lead origination, due diligence and fundraising for European real estate funds, joint ventures and portfolio transactions. Manage relationships with investment managers and distribution bankers, coordinate global fundraising logistics and roadshows, underwrite managers, prepare marketing materials and financial models, and guide a global team of junior staff through investor diligence and execution.

Perform financial and strategic analyses, valuation and modelling, lead transaction execution (due diligence, negotiation, documentation), research industries, prepare client deliverables, participate in client meetings, and mentor junior staff across M&A, restructuring, and private capital transactions.

Owner of Park Hills DealCloud platform and BI initiatives: partner with global business teams to manage and leverage data, build reporting and analytics, implement enterprise data solutions, perform testing and data quality checks, and provide technical and stakeholder support.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Strategic Advisory (Healthcare) team, including expense management, project code creation, calendar and travel coordination, meeting logistics, and general office/onboarding support.

Lead Workday platform initiatives including upgrades, module deployments, configuration, testing, integrations and user support. Manage cross-functional projects, drive adoption, reporting rationalization, platform performance, and platform rollouts across business verticals.

Support global corporate and partnership tax matters including ASC 740 tax provision preparation, forecasting tax expense and cash taxes, coordinating partner reporting and K-1s, working with outside advisors on compliance, documenting tax controls for SOX, managing indirect tax filings, researching technical accounting issues, and leading process improvement projects.
