Design, commission, and optimize CNC manufacturing and assembly processes for new product introductions. Support the shop floor, develop tooling, layouts, and manufacturing cells, establish product acceptance criteria, coordinate vendors, and assist quality and materials teams to meet cost and productivity targets.

Perform periodic financial reporting, forecasting, cost accounting framework development, and ad-hoc operational analysis. Build financial models and visualizations using SAP, BW, Vena, Excel and Power BI. Support FP&A activities, review margins, fixed costs and inventory, and collaborate with business teams to achieve performance goals.

Drive sales and grow assigned accounts for mobile hydraulics by maintaining customer relationships, implementing sales strategy, updating CRM, setting targets, traveling to customers, delivering presentations, resolving customer needs, monitoring competitors, and participating in sales and marketing activities.

Serve as liaison between customers, sales, and global product divisions to provide technical and commercial support. Manage quotations, pricing, SAP reporting, product documentation, training, and continuous improvement while coordinating with international teams and supporting sales operations.

Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and drawings in SolidWorks; maintain drawings and BOMs in SAP; support manufacturability, PPAP, DFMEA, ECN/ECR, vendor CAD exchange, prototype builds, and production readiness activities while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and vendors.

Support application designs for cartridge valves, manifolds and directional controls. Manage new application projects, coordinate with design and operations, write specs, provide technical training and sales/marketing support, evaluate vendor bids, and maintain manufacturing processes.

Provide sales-focused applications engineering for hydraulic accessories, supporting field sales, quotations, pricing, distributor training, inventory recommendations, and product presentations. Promote mounting technology and media management (ball valves) while building customer and distributor relationships and traveling ~30–40%.
