Provides administrative and operational support for a property management company, including filing, scanning, data entry, record maintenance, leasing documentation, and resident interaction tracking. Delivers customer service to current and prospective residents, manages telephone communications, and supports accurate administrative processes. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, strong communication and organizational skills, dependability, independent work ability, teamwork, and analytical thinking.

Perform monthly and annual general ledger accounting for residential rental properties, prepare financial statements and tax reports, conduct financial analysis, and support special projects. The role requires knowledge of US GAAP, strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably experience with MRI or similar property management software and real estate accounting.
