The administrative assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the property. You will play a crucial role in helping the office run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Filing
- Scanning
- Computer data entry
- Must have minimal intermediate skills in Excel and Word software.
- Data entry
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
- Must exemplify good telephone skills, customer service skills, and be well organized.
- Must have a great work ethic, be self-motivated and comfortable learning new skills, take direction and be a positive team player.
