Maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month- and year-end close, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance. Own commission processing: calculate, validate, reconcile, and pay commissions, prepare statements, investigate discrepancies, support audits, and improve accounting and commission processes.

Provide day-to-day account and campaign support for assigned clients across field, retail, and B2B channels. Lead analytics partner driving performance analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and commercial reporting. Build executive dashboards, validate data integrity, optimize compensation and profitability, present recommendations to senior leaders, and partner with sales owners to close performance gaps and identify growth opportunities.
