Lead development and integration of customer-specific adhesive bonding process solutions, perform feasibility studies, provide technical advice, implement technologies in manufacturing with sales and product management, and assume team personnel and resource allocation responsibilities.

Provide general administrative and clerical support including scheduling, correspondence, document management, meeting coordination, basic office tasks, and assisting teams with daily operations. Support may include handling records, communications, onboarding logistics, and other duties as assigned in a flexible, collaborative environment.

Lead and coordinate technical projects at key accounts, analyze customer needs, define process requirements, support contract manufacturers in implementation, collaborate with global teams, monitor technical trends, and report to the Global Key Account Manager.

Provide technical support and develop customer-specific bonding process solutions. Conduct feasibility studies, integrate technologies into production, collaborate with Sales and Product Management, and advise Chinese customers. Facilitate implementation and continuous improvement, including training in Germany.

Process and track sales, purchase, and repair orders; maintain supplier/vendor records; manage import/export and HazChem registrations; enter and reconcile order data in ERP; coordinate with sales, logistics, customers, and HQ; arrange packing and perform billing reconciliation.

Identify and win new customers, design and develop technical adhesive and processing solutions, provide startup project development and ongoing customer support, manage projects, build a local sales network, and represent the company at trade shows while collaborating with US and German engineering and executive teams.

Provide administrative and sales support to sales managers: maintain CRM and SRM portals, process orders/payments/forecasts/samples, track shipments, coordinate compliance and technical documents, handle customer inquiries and initial non-technical complaints, assist with events and travel logistics, analyze sales data, and support process optimization and East Asia sales meetings while liaising with German headquarters.
