Serve as primary service desk for wealth management clients and relationship managers, managing onboarding (KYC, account setup), bespoke service delivery, end-to-end client service processes, regulatory compliance, service metrics, front-office support, and training junior staff to improve service quality and timeliness.

Lead strategy, development and enhancement of the regional wealth and private banking platform. Drive digital innovation (AI, analytics, robo-advisory), technology integration, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. Co-lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable omni-channel wealth solutions, capital markets and treasury integrations, insurance and lending capabilities for North Asia.

Manage a diversified virtual SMB portfolio by providing personalized financial advisory, analyzing client portfolios, recommending investment strategies, onboarding clients, collaborating with teams, monitoring performance and market trends, resolving inquiries, and contributing to virtual banking initiatives and best practices.

Lead and manage interest-rate trading strategies across asset classes and regions; analyze market and economic data to identify opportunities; develop and implement strategies while managing risk; collaborate with research, risk, and compliance; monitor performance and report insights to senior management.

Partner with Relationship Managers to acquire new clients and grow GTS cash management and trade finance revenue. Conduct needs analysis, recommend solutions, drive cross-sell/up-sell, manage key accounts, coordinate implementation, and support product launches and training. Target and hit revenue/KPIs for China corporate customers.

Manage credit documentation and related controls for corporate clients: ensure documents reflect credit conditions, liaise with Credit/BU/Legal/vendors, track monitoring conditions, maintain custody and verification of security papers, drive process improvements, and supervise a small team.

Serve as a technology business analyst and SME for institutional banking, payments, and branch systems. Provide production support, translate business requirements into technical/functional specs, collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, participate in Agile delivery, handle incidents and root cause analysis, and drive system performance and continuous improvement.

Serve as project business analyst for securities and fiduciary operations: gather application/system details, support users, assess project scope and impacts, govern design alignment to data flows, consolidate stakeholder requirements, contribute to solution design, define testing/UAT approach and manage UAT execution, and produce required documentation. Opportunity to participate in GenAI/DocAi initiatives to reduce manual operational work.

Provide inbound/outbound contact centre service for Trade/Cash/Corporate banking products; understand customer needs, advise and offer solutions; record, track and coordinate resolution of queries and feedback; solicit customer feedback and identify trends; handle ad-hoc customer issues analysis and projects.
