Key Responsibilities
- Provide major application and production support for Institutional Banking Group (IBG), payment utility platforms, and branch service systems, ensuring high availability and operational stability
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to business users, operations teams, and technology partners across global and local markets
- Deliver technology initiatives including system enhancements, new functionality development, and ongoing application maintenance aligned with business objectives
- Analyze business requirements, document end‑to‑end processes, and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to design, build, test, and implement solutions
- Facilitate discussions to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in system design and implementation
- Support production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely issue resolution to minimize business impact
- Monitor and optimize system performance, capacity, and reliability to meet service level expectations
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story definition, and delivery tracking
- Work closely with regional and global partners to ensure consistent service delivery, standards compliance, and continuous improvement
