Group Technology & Operations seeks multiple technology roles (Core Banking BA, Middle Office BA, Credit Card BA, Network/Server/EUS Engineers, Site Reliability Engineer) to maintain and improve the bank's infrastructure, systems, and operational processes at the Taipei hub.

Partner with front-office trading and sales desks to implement workflows, controls and regulatory requirements; support desk control functions, run reports, drive process improvements and automation, and coordinate with technology, risk, compliance, legal and audit teams.

Lead AML/CFT/KYC/Sanctions advisory and transaction surveillance for the bank in India. Develop and implement policies, controls and technology; manage regulatory interactions (RBI, FIU), drive enterprise-wide risk assessments, reduce false positives, and build a high-performing team as alternate Principal Officer reporting to Head Financial Crime Compliance.

Support Relationship Managers in servicing high-net-worth clients: process transactions, handle account maintenance, initiate account openings/closures, track documentation and fees, assist onboarding and welcome packs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Lead data quality monitoring and investigations for the One Finance Platform, driving root-cause resolution, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of scalable, automated, and AI-driven solutions to improve data integrity and operational efficiency across finance systems.

Lead operational transformation and data & AI governance for TW Ops. Define operating models, implement data ownership and PURE-aligned processes, drive AI/automation-enabled employee journey improvements, and partner with regional teams to scale data-driven initiatives and innovation.

Process daily import trade operations (DBRP) transactions, reconcile and resolve queries with internal/external parties, follow risk/control guidelines, assist process-improvement projects, and perform ad-hoc tasks to meet SLAs and cutoff times with high speed and accuracy.

Lead and coordinate integration of securities trading into Global Financial Markets operations. Manage cross-functional integration projects, timelines, vendors and SLAs; liaise with Front Office, IT, Risk, Compliance and Operations. Provide post-integration support, continuous improvement, and drive cost management and annual budget planning.

Provide credit support and approvals for SME lending, evaluate lending proposals using financial statement and bank-statement/GST analysis, ensure compliance with RBI/MAS and internal credit policy, monitor portfolios and delinquency, and maintain turnaround time and credit controls to manage portfolio NPLs.

Manage daily equity trade settlements and share transfers, follow up with counterparties and settlement agents to resolve fails, support internal/external inquiries, ensure compliance with procedures and policies, provide backup for maker functions, and assist with ad-hoc projects.
