Lead product and business performance for general insurance bancassurance channels. Prepare senior management reporting, track sales and operations, manage stakeholders and insurer partners, oversee governance, risk and controls, handle customer complaints and escalations, and drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across sales and servicing channels.

Support and execute technology sourcing across software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT services. Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, RFx processes, commercial discussions, contract reviews, and vendor onboarding. Work with Technology, Procurement, Risk, Legal, and business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, perform benchmarking and spend analysis, manage governance and third-party risk requirements, and provide market intelligence for sourcing and renewal planning.

Develop and advise on AI governance policies, evaluate AI use cases for governance risks, and engage stakeholders to promote responsible AI and data practices.

Support delivery of the Technology Risk Culture workplan by designing, executing, embedding and evaluating behaviourally informed interventions. Manage program performance, governance and audit matters, report to stakeholders, collaborate with HR/RMG/Technology, and support ad hoc strategic initiatives to strengthen technology risk culture across the bank.

Perform transfer agency operations including investor screening, AML checks, FATCA/CRS reporting, authorising transactions and payments, investigating and rectifying errors, handling auditor/customer queries, compiling processing statistics, updating procedures/BCP/DRP, and participating in system enhancements and projects.

Manage taxation and regulatory operations for digital banking: calculate and reconcile GST, TDS, and TCS; prepare tax and regulatory reports; perform GL reconciliations; monitor tax law changes; support audits; coordinate with Finance, Compliance, Technology teams; and identify automation opportunities to improve tax processes and controls.

Lead and deliver payments, treasury and regulatory reporting projects and process improvements. Elicit and document requirements, maintain SOPs, support testing and BAU, manage risks and stakeholders, ensure regulatory and control compliance, and perform post‑implementation reviews.

Lead affluent credit card product strategy: market research, product development, go-to-market campaigns, portfolio performance, customer loyalty programs, cross-functional delivery, KPI tracking, and risk/compliance oversight.

Conduct fundamental equity analysis and financial modeling for upstream tech/semiconductor coverage, generate investment insights, engage institutional clients and company management, publish research reports, and leverage AI/GenAI tools to improve research productivity and client personalization.
