Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable multi‑cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP). Implement IaC, CI/CD, containers, high‑availability, backup, DR, cost optimization, and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR). Document designs, train teams, and recommend improvements.
