Provide high‑level executive support including calendar and travel management, communications, expense tracking (Tally), property and fleet oversight, vendor coordination, staff supervision, and membership and rewards management. Acts independently, handles field tasks as needed, and leverages advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools for research, drafting, and process automation.

Lead and manage agile software delivery for digital infrastructure modules: plan and execute sprints, coordinate architects/BAs/QA/DevOps, ensure quality/compliance, track metrics, mentor cross-functional teams, and liaise with stakeholders and vendors to report progress and mitigate risks.

Own and evolve an internal data platform: define roadmap, translate stakeholder needs into ingestion/storage/export features, enforce governance and security, optimize cost and performance, coordinate cross-team delivery, and maintain SLAs, documentation, and metrics to enable scalable product and analytics consumption.

Design, develop, and maintain SAP Business One reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports, SQL (MS SQL Server/SAP HANA), Query Manager and Formatted Searches. Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, optimize query and report performance, troubleshoot discrepancies, document report logic, and support SAP B1 implementations and upgrades.

Lead Salesforce solution design and architecture for large-scale implementations. Gather requirements, design scalable architectures, integrate third-party apps and AI/Data Cloud, implement automation, mentor teams, engage clients, support presales and internal knowledge sharing.
