Lead and build the finance function: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, accounting, statutory compliance (GST/TDS), monthly/annual closures, audits, investor reporting and fundraising support. Implement automation, dashboards, and controls; partner with operations, tech, and leadership to improve margins and controls.

Drive targets, upsell/cross-sell, operational onboarding, and stakeholder engagement to grow assets under management.

Analyze and interpret complex data to drive business decisions. Design and deliver reports and dashboards using SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud. Improve data quality via profiling, catalogs, ML techniques, and cleansing rules. Collaborate with stakeholders, document processes, mentor junior staff, and integrate analytics into governance and technology initiatives.

Analyze diverse data sources, build models and dashboards, perform descriptive/diagnostic analytics and data profiling, apply ML and AI tools to improve data quality, and deliver BI reports and governance guidance using SAP and Microsoft BI technologies.

Partner with the Founder & CEO to drive strategic priorities, growth, and operational execution across sales, delivery, talent, and partnerships. Lead cross-functional initiatives, build dashboards and KPIs, manage forecasts and business reviews, prepare executive and investor materials, and support GTM and market intelligence for a growing Data & AI consulting firm.
