About the Role:
The Marketing Manager – Retail Training will be responsible for driving demand, lead generation, and enrolments for CloudThat's retail training business. The role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across digital channels, CRM, content, events, webinars, and partner initiatives to achieve revenue and enrolment targets.This role requires a hands- on marketing leader who can develop growth strategies, optimize marketing funnels, manage teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes. The individual will lead marketing initiatives from awareness to conversion while ensuring effective utilization of budgets, channels, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans to achieve retail training revenue, enrolment, and growth targets.
  • Own end-to-end demand generation and lead generation across paid, organic, referral, webinar, event, partnership, and community channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid media, social media, email marketing, SEO, and website.
  • Drive webinars, workshops, bootcamps, masterclasses, events, and other engagement initiatives to generate quality leads and registrations.
  • Own lead lifecycle management through CRM platforms, including lead tracking, segmentation, nurturing, drip campaigns, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales, SME’s, training operations, and other stakeholders to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and enrolment outcomes.
  • Review and guide the development of marketing content, landing pages, emailers, ad creatives, brochures, and other marketing collateral to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, landing pages, customer journeys, and SEO initiatives to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze marketing performance, derive actionable insights, and present regular reports on traffic, leads, registrations, enrolments, CPL, CAC, and ROI to leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective delegation, execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of business objectives.

Requirements (Must-Have):

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably for products, services, or training businesses.
  • 3+ years of experience in Education, EdTech, Training, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of email, WhatsApp, SMS, social media, webinars, and community-led marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Lead Squared, Meritto, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Experience in lead nurturing, drip campaigns, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Good understanding of website management, landing pages, conversion funnels, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and marketing reporting.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and marketing projects end-to-end.

Good to Have:

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience in cloud, technology, certification, or skilling businesses.
  • Experience managing webinars, workshops, bootcamps, or community programs.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and automation tools.
  • MBA in Marketing or relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation.
