Manage the Group's financial reporting (monthly management, quarterly, audited annual reports) and tax returns. Oversee supplier payments, monthly budget vs. actual, and resolve accounting and taxation issues. Report to the CFO/Chief Scientist and support team management as needed.

Perform hands-on lab evaluations of optical components, troubleshoot integration issues, manage technical documentation, and support deployment to mass production while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Develop and maintain real-time software for embedded systems and Windows applications. Work with Embedded Linux environments, apply RT programming expertise, and communicate effectively in Hebrew and English. Prior security-industry experience is a plus.

Lead and manage multidisciplinary R&D projects in the defense/aerospace sector, oversee budgets and schedules, translate customer requirements into system/product specifications, manage full project lifecycle, and coordinate stakeholders and contract execution.

Plan and conduct ground and flight tests for airborne systems: define test requirements, execute tests safely, analyze data, report findings, support airworthiness certification, liaise with authorities, and build test capabilities.

Lead system-level design, integration, testing, and production deployment of electro-optical systems combining optics, mechanics, electronics, and algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform hands-on prototype evaluation, troubleshoot system integration issues, and produce architecture, specifications, test plans, and performance reports.
