Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electro-optical systems for aerospace platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration.
- Perform system testing and validation to meet project requirements.
- Optimize system performance through analysis and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
- Document system designs and processes for future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electro-optical systems engineering.
- Proficiency in optical design software and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards and practices.
- Experience with system integration and testing methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills in English.
Skills Required
- B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering
- M.Sc. in Electro-Optics or Physics
- Minimum 5 years in system engineering of electro-optical products
- Proven experience in system-of-systems design, development, and integration
- Practical experience with imaging sensors and electro-optical systems
- Familiarity with signal processing algorithms
- Background from IDF technological units
- Strong analytical, organizational, and independent working skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and teamwork orientation
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
