Sales, Marketing & BD Director – Defense Sector

We’re looking for high-impact Sales, Marketing & BD Directors to drive strategic growth in the defense and government sectors – in Israel and globally.

This is not just another sales role.

This is about leading complex, high-value deals, working with top-tier defense organizations, and shaping real-world impact.

✈️ What you’ll do:

  • Own and lead end-to-end sales cycles – from opportunity to contract closure
  • Build and expand relationships with defense & government stakeholders
  • Identify and develop strategic business opportunities
  • Lead complex RFI / RFP / RFQ processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product & programs
Requirements

  • A Rockstar!!!
  • Proven experience in defense sales from major defense companies (5+ years)
  • Strong track record of closing large-scale deals ($10M+)
  • Well-connected in relevant territories within the defense sector (e.g., Africa, Asia, Europe)
  • Deep understanding of military and defense procurement processes
  • Hands-on experience with tenders and complex proposals
  • Excellent communication skills – Hebrew & English (fluent)
  • Additional languages – advantage
  • Strong relationship-building & stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally (frequently)
  • Background as a former IDF officer / Israeli MoD – advantage
  • Technical understanding in EO / RF systems – significant advantage

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in defense sales from major defense companies (5+ years)
