Act as the client-facing technical project manager for CRM implementations using GoHighLevel. Gather and document client workflows and requirements, translate them into technical specifications, manage timelines and deliverables, coordinate the internal CRM build team, and maintain stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.

Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow. Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems, troubleshoot issues, automate business processes, support enhancements, testing, and documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide HR administrative support including payroll inquiry resolution, background checks, onboarding/offboarding, schedule and record management, employee inquiries, HR documentation, reporting, and support for HR projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Manage multiple design and construction projects remotely, tracking schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risks. Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors, and clients; facilitate meetings, document actions, and ensure follow-through. Conduct QA/QC reviews of drawings and documentation, verify approvals, support resource planning, and advise leadership to protect project health and maintain quality standards.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source candidates via job boards and social media, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, support onboarding, report metrics, and partner with hiring managers. Work remotely on US hours.

Provide administrative and client coordination while supporting bookkeeping and financial tracking. Manage client inquiries, scheduling, proposals, invoicing, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and maintain organized records. Coordinate with external accounting consultants and support day-to-day studio operations in a fast-paced remote environment.
