Run product demos for pre-qualified leads, guide clients through the SaaS platform, handle no-shows and follow-ups, support post-sale onboarding, assist users with basic questions and platform navigation, encourage adoption, maintain clear client communication, and optionally record tutorial videos.

Handle inbound lead and discovery calls, conduct short sales conversations to qualify and convert leads, follow scripts and adapt naturally, maintain CRM and sales pipeline, support onboarding and follow-up, assist outreach and newsletters, track lead status and conversion outcomes, and contribute to scaling the sales process.

Manage and grow the client's social media presence and online communities: plan and execute strategies, create content (graphics, video, posts), schedule and monitor platforms, engage followers, analyze analytics, support marketing campaigns, and provide administrative help to the marketing team.

Provide graphic design support as a virtual assistant: create marketing visuals (thumbnails, podcast/video covers, event and social graphics), develop logos and brand assets, update landing page visuals, maintain multi-brand consistency, manage files, collaborate with creative team, contribute creative concepts, and document SOPs to improve processes and campaign performance.

Manage and optimize multi-channel performance marketing (Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, retail media), analyze CAC/LTV and profitability, build dashboards, scale campaigns, support marketplace expansion and cross-team coordination to improve ROAS and conversion.

Edit and optimize long- and short-form video content for YouTube and social platforms. Improve audio/video quality, craft pacing and storytelling, design thumbnails, create SEO-optimized titles/descriptions, upload and organize assets, and repurpose content for short-form distribution while meeting deadlines and brand guidelines.
