Virtual Assistant - Video Editor

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise as a video editor to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

What You’ll Be Editing:

• Short-form content: Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
• Long-form content: YouTube videos (up to 30 minutes in length)

What You’ll Focus On:

• Edit high-volume, fast-turnaround video content for multiple digital platforms;
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency, scale output, and streamline content production;
• Create thumbnails and supporting graphics for video content;
• Independently research and generate relevant, trend-driven content ideas;
• Collaborate with the existing team to manage and grow social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other Meta platforms;
• Adapt content to the format, audience, and best practices of each platform;
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, copywriting style, and creative direction;
• Create content that supports lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth;
• Support the content and marketing needs of an entrepreneur and coach;
• Review social media profiles regularly to ensure bios, links, pinned posts, descriptions, and other brand information remain accurate and consistent;
• Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality;
• Contribute fresh creative ideas without relying solely on the brand owner for direction;

• Experience editing professional video content for social media and digital platforms;
• Experience creating thumbnails, graphics, or other supporting visual assets;
• Experience managing or growing social media channels, beyond video editing alone;
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content and multi-channel publishing;
• Ability to use AI tools as part of the content creation and editing workflow;
• Strong understanding of copywriting, brand voice, and creative consistency;
• Ability to identify relevant trends and turn them into suitable content ideas;
• Understanding of how content supports lead generation and business growth;
• Own equipment and editing software capable of producing high-quality video and motion graphics;
• Working knowledge of Slack and Asana;
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills;

• Starting salary between 6$ - 15$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
