Support US-based clients by managing full-cycle bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, handling AP/AR and payroll accounting, supporting month/year-end close, ensuring US GAAP compliance, using accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Bill.com, etc.), and mentoring junior team members.

Lead revenue and pipeline analytics by translating Salesforce and firm data into actionable insights. Diagnose pipeline performance, identify growth and cross-sell opportunities, measure partner collaboration, analyze pricing and profitability, and build automated dashboards and executive reporting to drive revenue growth and improve conversion.
