Develops and delivers instructor-led and virtual training on Medata bill review systems, onboarding, workflows, and compliance. Partners with QA and Operations to identify skill gaps, update training materials, coach staff, track trainee performance, evaluate training effectiveness, and support LMS/e-learning implementations to improve accuracy and operational efficiency in bill review.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and healthcare roles: source, screen, interview, coordinate offers, maintain ATS records, run recruiting events, partner with hiring managers and staffing agencies to build a diverse talent pipeline.
