Support finance team by assisting with accounts payable processing, account analysis, and posting various journal entries. Ensure compliance with agency guidelines and oversight regulations.

Manage and administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, oversee leave and ADA accommodation processes, ensure regulatory compliance, evaluate vendors and plan designs, manage pension administration and audits, and improve benefits-related processes and employee communications.

Provide administrative support for fundraising and board activities; maintain organizational files (board, staff, supervisors, funding); manage correspondence, mail, reports, invoices, and check requests; prepare and distribute monthly board packets and support Executive Office as needed.

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, billing, and analysis for multiple funding sources; prepare monthly and quarterly statements; supervise and train administrative accounting staff; present reports to executive leadership, board, government agencies, and funders; manage agency-wide budgets and financial compliance.

As a Fiscal Intern, you will assist in document preparation for the Finance Department, maintain data accuracy, and write Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
