As the Fiscal Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: 

  • Prepare Monthly and quarterly billing for multiple funding sources.  
  • Prepare and analyze budgets and reports for all funding sources, including total agency budget on an ongoing basis  
  • Assist Executive Director in financial management, planning, budgeting, and cost control.  
  • Ensure the safety and confidentiality of accounting records.  
  • Attend meetings of Board of Directors, Fiscal Managers, agency staff and any other required by the Executive Director.  
  • Contract management, RFP and budget analysts for all funding sources 
  • Complete and present required (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually) financial reports to Executive Director, Board of Directors, Catholic Charities (Main Office), government agencies and funding sources.  
  • Supervise and train all administrative staff who will assist in accounting functions.  

Fiscal Director Salary: $72,000/year

 

Fiscal Director Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours/week)


 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population
  • VALID Driver's license proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
