As the Fiscal Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Prepare Monthly and quarterly billing for multiple funding sources.
- Prepare and analyze budgets and reports for all funding sources, including total agency budget on an ongoing basis
- Assist Executive Director in financial management, planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure the safety and confidentiality of accounting records.
- Attend meetings of Board of Directors, Fiscal Managers, agency staff and any other required by the Executive Director.
- Contract management, RFP and budget analysts for all funding sources
- Complete and present required (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually) financial reports to Executive Director, Board of Directors, Catholic Charities (Main Office), government agencies and funding sources.
Supervise and train all administrative staff who will assist in accounting functions.
Fiscal Director Salary: $72,000/year
Fiscal Director Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours/week)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population
- VALID Driver's license proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
